I love food, both cooking and eating it! I also love to travel. I have been fortunate enough to have spent the last 20 years traveling all over the world. One of my favorite ways of getting to know an area is to explore the food. A BBQ Pitstop on the side of a Georgia highway or an eight-course meal in the French Alps, a cooking class in Morocco or a salmon bake in Alaska, for me food makes a place and its people come alive.
